3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one Account on fix77. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fix77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts may be suspended and any Balance held within them, including Real-Money Funds and winnings, may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your Account lifetime is accurate and up to date. fix77 may request updated documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Balance.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fix77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. fix77 will never ask you for your full password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fix77 support immediately via live chat so that your Account can be secured.
3.4 KYC Verification. fix77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing a Member's first Withdrawal and at other points at fix77's discretion. 3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting fix77 customer support via live chat. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for Withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.
4.1 Currency. fix77 operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in IDR. fix77 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency, and there are no currency conversion fees.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to a Member's Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, typically within 5–15 minutes during business hours. fix77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by fix77 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. fix77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to BCA are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals to other supported bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. All times are subject to the operating hours of the receiving financial institution. fix77 targets 24/7 withdrawal processing and will notify Members of any delays via their registered contact details.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a Withdrawal can be processed: (a) the Member's KYC verification must be complete; (b) the Member must have wagered their deposit amount at least once on any fix77 product (single-rollover requirement); (c) there must be no pending investigation relating to the Account; and (d) the Withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
4.7 Declined Transactions. fix77 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit or Withdrawal transaction where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by its licensing obligations. In such cases, fix77 will notify the Member as promptly as permitted by applicable law and investigation requirements.
5.1 General. fix77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the AFF Cup, Piala Dunia (FIFA World Cup), Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the fix77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets and most slot titles typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). 5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry window stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically. fix77 will endeavour to notify Members of approaching bonus expiry where technically practicable.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all related bonuses being voided.
5.6 Abuse of Bonuses. fix77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend or close the associated Account — where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting patterns to hedge bonus wagering requirements; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any winnings generated through abusive bonus activity may be voided.
5.7 fix77's Discretion. fix77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
6.1 Sportsbook. Where a bet is accepted by fix77 as a result of a palpable error in odds, lines, or game settings (including technical errors or human keying errors), fix77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. fix77 will exercise this right reasonably and promptly upon identifying such an error.

10.2 fix77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10.3 fix77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. fix77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
10.4 fix77 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party game studios whose products are hosted on the Platform, beyond fix77's obligation to offer only games from certified, independently audited providers.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms limits fix77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

fix77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fix77's Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising between a Member and fix77 that cannot be resolved through fix77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution body of fix77's licensing jurisdiction.
